Small Packet (both AIR and SAL) services will be changed with effective from 1st January 2026.

1. Compensation & Insurance
The ¥6,000 insurance service that has been provided will be discontinued.
Also, no additional insurance service will be offering for Small Packet.
If you wish to include insurance when shipping, please use EMS or Parcel (AIR or Surface) services instead.
2. Reduction in shipping fees
With the termination of the insurance service, shipping fee for Small Packet (AIR) across all regions will be reduced.
3. Termination of Small Packet (SAL)
Small Packet (SAL) service will be terminated for all region.

Tracking service will remain unchanged as present.
